Our Services
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
At UCSS, we offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) to help you live as independently as possible. SIL provides round-the-clock support funded through the NDIS, ensuring that you receive the services you need when you need them. We will team up with your current providers and support your community involvement.
Support with Self-Care Activities (Personal Care)
This assistance is for participants who require high-intensity support with personal tasks of daily life. It aims to help participants develop their skills to live as independently as possible.
Capacity Building
We offer support for capacity building, which includes individual life skills development and training. This can involve learning how to use public transportation, developing skills for participating in community, social, and recreational activities, as well as training in groups to help increase independence in daily personal activities.
Household Tasks
This support is all about helping you keep your home the way you like it. It includes doing important chores around the house or in the yard that you might need a hand with. We are here to help you develop the skills you need to maintain your home.
Social and Community Activities
This support allows participants to take part in community, social, and recreational activities. These supports can be provided to individuals or groups.
Life Skills
We offer support for developing important life skills, including training for using public transport, building skills for getting involved in the community and social activities, and learning how to take care of daily personal tasks.
Respite Care
Short-Term Accommodation (STA), also known as respite care, gives participants the chance to receive support from someone else while their regular carer takes a short break. This support covers all expenses for 24 hours, including help with self-care or activities in the community, accommodation, meals, and planned activities. Normally, this type of support is used for short periods of up to 14 days at a time.
Aged Care Support Services
We can provide aged care services if you have a Home Care Package. To choose us as your support provider, simply select Benetas as your provider. Once your case manager is assigned, you can request us to be your care provider! If you do not have a Home Care Package and wish to engage services privately, please reach out to us directly to discuss further.

Testimonials
We are committed to supporting our son as he enters a new phase as a young adult. It’s a balancing act to continue his education and guide him through the new experience of employment, while ensuring he has a healthy and active life. I couldn’t do it alone, his support workers are fantastic and help extend Daniel while also making sure he has fun. Daniel is living a very full life thanks to the support he receives.
